| Responsibilities |
1. To assure that GCT Health & Safety Policy is implemented in the new Gearbox and Generators plant in Tianjin .
2. To verify the absence of dangerous conditions in that work centre, and drive, if necessary, the proper corrective and preventive actions through inside the organization.
3. To support and help to GCT Management in Tianjin in all items related with the H&S of that work centre: Instructions, procedures, risk assessments, legal requirements, etc.
4. To report immediately to GCT Health & Safety Team about any new incident or risk related with. |
| Requirements |
1. Major in Industrial Engineering (or similar University degree in ).
2. Health & Safety Certification (give by Chinese Administration).
Health & Safety functions work experience in international companies in .
3. Proactive person with authoritative aptitude: must be sure that will not have any doubt to stop a work and to give immediate orders to anybody (including Management) when necessary.
4. Must have a “workshop spirit”, most of the time in the workshop talking with employees, shift supervisors, plant managers, etc. |
