| Responsibilities |
Develop and maintain a robush process to fulfill automotive quality and reliability requirement;
Coordinate with Corporate and inter-department for Automotive related activities;
Support and implement Corporate automotive program. |
| Requirements |
Bachelor degree in Engineering;
Minimum 5 years experience in Semiconductor backend assembly.
Good knowledge in AEC 101, TS16949, SPC, FMEA and maverick lot program;
Good command in both write and oral English/Mandarin.
Good knowledge in automotive requirement is essential. |
