| Responsibilities |
Position Responsibility Summary:
1. Ensure safe and clean production environment.
2. Approve production schedule and people management.
3. Approve raw materials and spare parts purchasing and stock.
4. Ensure proper equipment maintenance plan is implemented.
5. Control production and maintenance cost.
6. Control quality and handle product claims. |
| Requirements |
Minimum qualifications for the position :
1. University graduate in Engineering, Mechanic or manufacturing major
2. Mandarin is a must， good command of English in writing, reading and speaking
3. At least 5 years management experience in production field in JV or WFOE, such as in position of Production Manager or Plant Manager
4. Experience in a cement, fiberboard, insulation or chemical/mechanical industry
5. Internal customer service focus
6. A team leader and player
7. Be able to coach and develop subordinates
8. Cost awareness
9. Computer literate |
