| Requirements |
3-6 years of assembly line supervisory experience; medium to heavy
machinery preferred
Knowledge of Lean and 5S principles with examples of process
improvements they have personally contributed
Good English speaking ability (CET 6)
Able to physically work on the assembly line (for training in the US)
and be hands on when directing operators when necessary
Able to think critically to troubleshoot problems with a machine
Knowledge of assembly tools
Ability to coach and discipline when necessary
Ability to manage multiple areas
Passion for excellence
Energy and dedication (Attitude is 60% of the battle)
Good EHS knowledge to enforce safe practices |
