| Responsibilities | 1. Standard costing and inventory reconciliation accurately and timely in monthly closing.
2. Standard cost variance and inventory analysis and provide action plan.
3. Annual standard cost revaluation and ERP system update accurately and timely.
4. Organize annual full physical count and track ERP monthly cycle count.
5. Compile management reports in daily, weekly, quarterly requirement.
6. Assist cost supervisor to monthly forecast and annual budget preparation, and find out key drivers/reasons for the variance between actual and forecast and action plan.
7. Work with share service team to complete annual external auditing and internal auditing.
8. Assist cost supervisor in monthly financial review.
9. Inventory and costing control in ERP system and process improvement.

| Requirements | 1.Bachelor degree in accounting or other relative management area, in the late study master degree is preferred.
2.2 years accounting working experience in foreign owned multinational enterprise and 3 years in costing, reporting and analysis;
3.General understanding of USA GAAP and PRC regulations.
4.Good understanding of standard costing, variance analysis and inventory control.
5.Sound computer skills in Microsoft office (esp. in Excel.) and ERP knowledge.
6.Ability to work under pressure and sound problems solving.
7.Good command of English and Mandarin.
8.Quick Starter, open and logical minded.
9.Be enthusiastic, motivated and active.
10.Team player and good communication skills. |
