Responsibilities |
Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责: Specific Requirements – Utility System Operation · Establish a team of competent and capable operational and maintenance staff responsible for the provision of site wide utility services. Develop and implement a structured development programme for each team member to ensure an acceptable level of competency within the team. · Ensure the utility systems are operated and maintained in-line with local and GSK safety and environmental requirements. · Establish the criticality of each utility system in-line with the requirements of the QMS and its impact on product quality. · Establish owners for each utility system who are the recognized site wide expert in the system operation and maintenance. Establish a training and development programme for any competency gaps utilising internal and external network. · Establish an agreed set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure the performance of each utility system in-line with the requirements of the users. · Use data from the operational monitoring systems and the KPIs to trend utility system performance and identify the need for any major maintenance or capital investment. Ensure any capital requirements are incorporated into the site capital plan. · Establish a maintenance programme for each utility system that is based on Preventative Maintenance and minimizes system breakdowns. · Assess the application of Predictive Maintenance techniques for critical utility system and implement where there is a business case to do so. · Establish a set of Operational and Maintenance manuals for each utility system and ensure these are available in a single location. Specific Requirements – Utility System Maintenance In addition to the above points that relate to maintenance: Provide first touch support in the event of any utility system breakdown. If the problem cannot be resolved locally engage the services of the appropriate external support, which may include specialist · companies or the equipment supplier. · Review the maintenance routine for each utility system and ensure the routines are sufficiently detailed to maintain the performance of the system based on the equipment supplier recommendations or operational experience. · Review the spare part inventory for each utility system and ensure the parts held within the engineering store are in-line with the equipment supplier’s recommendation or is based on operational experience. Ensure that any obsolete spare parts are physically removed, disposed and financially written off. Specific Requirements – Energy Management · Measure energy consumption across the site on a monthly basis and a cumulative 12 month basis. · Define energy reduction targets across the site that are aligned to the divisional reduction targets as a minimum. · Identify the areas of high energy usage across the site and define a programme of projects that will deliver the energy reduction targets as a minimum. Engage the above site energy reduction team and other GMS Sites to support the definition of the site energy reduction programme. |
Requirements |
Specialised Knowledge 专业知识: · Graduate level Engineer (Mechnical, Electrical or Instrument). · Knowledgeable of utility system, including critical utilities, operation and maintenance. · Knowledgeable of Calibration, Preventative, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance Systems. · Knowledgeable of local and appropriate regulations for utility system operation including environmental discharge limits for gaseous, solid and liquid waste. · Knowledgeable in the GSK Quality Management System (QMS) requirements for utility systems. · Experience of solid dose and creams manufacturing equipment and packaging equipment operation and maintenance. · Effective communication and influencing skills. |
