Responsibilities |
Main Job Customer Complaint Handling . Initial verification & containment action. . Coordinate for problem analysis, corrective /prevention action implementation& verification & 8D reporting . Routine failure tops analysis and continual improvement plan . Requirements |
· Bachelor’s Degree in elec. related . Comprehensive English skill in reading, writing, listening and speaking. . Min. 3 years working experience in quality control or one more year experience on production/process. · Familiar with 8D system and quality tools. . Service-oriented, co-operative attitude, strong patience with work and good communication ability. |
