| Responsibilities |
Job Description:
1) Assemble, collect, update, and maintain technical information library (or data base) which will include and cover the following items: Industrial Standard & Regulation (both governmental & local ones), competitors' trading Literature and technical data (including their product information), general building information of Xella China's products (products specification, finished project lists and information etc.)
2) Provide Technical Backup & Solution;
3) Understand the requirement of customer for projects, collect all related technical information/data and compile an professional project proposal;
4) Develop detailing drawings (with CAD format) per the request of customers for their projects depends on the project progress stage;
5) Compiling and preparing technical presentations by focusing on some special topics related to special project;
6) Periodical jobsite visit, update technical solution/proposal with the project progressing;
7) Finishing 6~8 Project proposals per month; (depends on the actual project leads)
8) Update project support information per month
9) Make summary / translation of building standard & regulation once per month (if there has any changes)
10) Attend Technical Group coordination meeting every month
11) Submit monthly working report (before 26th on each month )
12) Update technical data of existing and new product / system every 6 months
13) Upload Technical bulletin every 3 Months to www.xella.com
14) Prepare and provide the following technical information in every different stage such as: project bidding package, CAD detailing drawing, products specification; static mechanic calculation; system calculation models, technical seminar presentation material, cost comparison form, certification information, thermal property calculation, recommended products system, design advise; etc. |
| Requirements |
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree of civil engineering or building related fields ( structural engineering is preferred)
Related Working Experiences (Years):
1) Minimum 5 years technical service / design working experience in building industry;
2) Good knowledge of AAC products and successful experience in detailing with DI, consultant and main
contractors;
Particular Skills:
1) Fluent in using CAD application, able to read, understand and develop building shop/detailing drawings; in-depth understanding of all relative standards/ regulations;
2) Good communication and analytical skill with the ability of convincing architects , structure engineers, consultants etc. to use Xella products in their projects;
3) Profound knowledge of AAC and all Xella products;
4) Responsible and professional working attitude;
5) Good command of English and excellent skill of using Microsoft soft wares; |
