| Responsibilities |
1. Be responsible for the P&L operations both in Beijing & Tianjin, including production, process engineering, R&D, QA, planning, costing, equipment, purchasing;
2. Work with Regional department, such as HR, IT, Finance, Logistics and IEHS to meet the division targets.
3. Reports to division director who is located in Israel. |
| Requirements |
1. High achievement orientation and good leadership qualities to drive performance targets for the operations, able to motive all level of employees, build high performing culture and trust within the organization, coach & develop for results.
2. Strong sense in operation of an assembly plant and machining plant. Key KPIs include profitability, on-time-delivery, cost management, quality, customer satisfaction & employee motivation;
3. Good command in English and good EQ in communication ability with different entities, business partners and different levels of people in the organization.
4. Good project management capability in handling multiple relocation projects. Organized and good at prioritizing multi tasks.
5. Able to work under pressure and work effectively in an environment with resources constraints.
6. Resourceful – ability to seek continuous improvements and lead his team in achieving results with limited resources.
7. Familiar with running operations, understanding of various production & engineering issues, including yield rate, quality, planning, customer complaints etc.
8. Familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000, SOX etc.
9. Good sense of cost and budget control;
10. Familiar with weighing industrial or load cell manufacturing is a plus
11. Bachelor degree or above
12. Can travel for weeks a time
13. Minimum 5 years experience in a multinational company in operations or production.
14. Experience working in a matrix organization preferred. |
