| Responsibilities |
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide excellent and professional service levels for the Worldmark Tianjin team in maintaining and managing all of the Servers, systems, network devices, computer rooms. This would also include support to employees in other Worldmark sites and remote users.
Main responsibilities:
· Service all computer users in Tianjin site to trouble shoot and solve computer software and hardware issues
· Training users and improve their computer skills
· Provide IT services for remote sites, home based users and other IT global engineers
· Be responsible for system and data security, including computer Room security, Network Anti virus system setup and update, data backup and restore, Windows Updates and Anti-Virus Monitoring etc.
· Be responsible for installing, setting and configuring servers and other devices (like UPS, backup equipment)
· Be responsible for smooth communication, especially WAN connection.
· Be responsible for computer network system plan, design and system upgrading, to meet with the requirements of company development.
· Be responsible for computer room’s security, including power supply, lighting and air-conditioner. To make sure servers and other network devices can work in a good environment.
· Monitor system, including monitor network traffic, analyze network bottleneck, trace server running status and check audit records.
· Be responsible for user accounts management, including creating/disable accounts, modifying user permissions, setting printers, and so on..
· Be responsible for integrated cabling system, including cabling system problems checking and maintenance, report the status to IT engineers and update documents.
· Be responsible for site IT device purchasing and vendor management.
· be able to communicate effectively with all Global IT and work on global projects |
| Requirements |
Ideally the successful candidate will have:
· Degree in Computer Science or related subject (mandatory)
· Has strong network infrastructure management skill, such as network infrastructure construction, network monitoring & optimization, network application deployment, system security
· Familiarity of Windows Server 2003 R2, MS Active Directory 2003 or later. Windows Server 2008, XP, Vista and Windows 7, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Lotus Notes
· Proficiency in Cisco network equipment, like router and switch
· Proficiency in system backup/restore and backup devices
· Capability to diagnose and troubleshoot network issues (LAN or WAN or VPN or Firewall)
· Good Knowledge on structured cabling standards(voice and data)
· Excellent communication skills
· Responsible, serious, honest and excellent service concept
· Good English skills, written and Oral (For none native English-speaking sites)
· Industry standard Qualifications such as MCSE/CCNA (Desirable)
· Be familiar with Domino/Lotus administration and development(Desirable)
· Knowledge of web development (Desirable) |
