| Responsibilities | · Responsible for all aspects of cost accounting for the site
· Review and approve all Bills of Material and Bill Of Operations before rolling a standard cost.
· Maintain MAPICS IM function and ensure financial rules are set up properly for translating the interface data for finance ledgers.
· Lead and monitor the annual process of standard cost roll up. Make documentation for the standard cost rules in terms of definition, formula etc.
· Maintain the standard cost creation procedure for new items. Ensure accuracy of the standard cost data set up in MAPICS.
· Ensure PPV, material, labor, burden variances are reported properly in accordance with ITT Standard.
· Responsible for preparation and analysis of monthly manufacturing variance report.
· Monitor the E&O analysis process with PMC, ensure inventory risk is under controlled and identified on timely basis.
· Review and improve the working process in related to costing, e.g. inventory flow, manufacturing data collection process etc.
· Communicate the results of the standard costing system to all levels of staffs fro from GM and Divisional controller, Product Manager, to cell leaders.

| Requirements | · Bachelor or higher degree with subject of financial or economic.
· 5 (or more than) years working experience in the area of finance in the western invested companies.
· 3 (or more than) two years working experience in cost Accountings.
· Good command of English in both Writing and Speaking.
· Accountant qualification is required.
· Good communication skills and high respect of teamwork building are essential.
· CPA qualification is preferable.
· Experience in using ERP system is preferable. |
