Responsibilities:

Responsible for test engineer team's management, and setup of comprehensive test technology roadmap.

Keep and develop test technology with state-of-the-art technology; lead and drive automation and digitalization of test technology.

保持并发展先进测试技术；推动测试技术的自动化及数字化。

"Initiate or participate lean production project in order to continuously improve productivity.

发起或参与精益生产项目，持续提升生产率。

"Develop competence of test engineer team.

发展测试工程师团队的能力。

Support production team for training and problem solving of daily operation.

支持生产团队的培训及日常运营中产品测试问题的解决。

Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

完成领导交办的其它任务。

Requirements:

More than 5 years experience of manufacturing/testing engineer management in related manufacturing industry.

5年以上相关行业工艺工程/测试技术管理经验。

Major in Automation or Electrical Engineering Bachelor or above / 自动化或电气工程专业，本科以上学历

Excellent English communication skill / 卓越的英语交流能力

Strong leadership and capacity of planning, organize and coach / 具有强力的计划，组织，导向的领导能力
