| Responsibilities |
Summary
Operation Manager is responsible for the operation function of the site. It includes Production, Quality and Sourcing. To manage the operation activities according to targets set by Glaston Group. To provide parts to fulfill sales order.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Lead San He operation team to achieve Glaston goals
· Lead and develop operations to successfully achieve optimum sales and profit results set by Glaston Group
· Work closely with sales to develop and maintain pricing strategy
· Provide the overall direction, coordination, guidance, and evaluation of the site |
| Requirements |
Qualifications & Skills
· Technical background is requested.
· More than 6 years of working experience in high-tech manufacturing environment.
· Superior interpersonal skills.
· Be proactive at work.
· Strong leadership.
· Lean manufacturing experience is preferred. |
