| Responsibilities |
Job Description:· Work out incoming inspection working instruction and inspection plan, regularly adjust it according to supplier quality performance.· Allocate various tasks to team members, including 3D room. Lead II team to finish incoming inspection tasks on time.· Train the incoming inspection engineers and inspectors, Support QM to work out employee development plan, such as training and promotion,· Monitor 3D measurement machine and all the calipers status, ensure the 3D measurement machine and the calipers areaways available for incoming inspection.· Make plan for manpower (over time, leaves, and new persons) and facilities (tools, office equipment etc.)· Collect the nonconformity information in production and customer site for incoming goods failure. Keep contact to SQE, SQM and QM, Analyze and monitor QM II Sub-KPI,· Environment, Health and Security (EHS) related tasks. Supervise and monitor EHS operation within responsible function according to national and local EHS related laws and regulations.. |
| Requirements |
Requirement:· More than 5 years in incoming quality management,· Good experience in CIP and SCM· Excellent experience in audit· Being a leader for more than 3 people over a period of 2 years |
