· Main Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Achieve the operation performance such as OTD, ITO etc.
2. Build safety program to keep ZERO accident and safe working environment.
3. Implement quality procedures and process in shopfloor to increase right first time and build quality product.
4. Implement Lean practice in operation.
5. Based on financial budget, SOP to plan and production related resource plan.
6. Internal and external communication to support sales and meet the customer request.
7. Manage and motivate operation team

10. Manage the system and process

· Qualifications /Experience 资格及经验要求

1. Degree in Engineering.

2. At least 5 years practical experience in MRP, materials planning, production control ,warehouse management and as well as supervisory experience of a multiple function manufacturing organization, experience on oracle system is plus

3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (English and Mandarin)

4. Ability to work independently.

5. Ability to develop, train and motivate staff.

6. In-depth understanding in the area of shop floor execution, including 5S, quality and resource planning.

7. Understanding and prior exposure to LEAN manufacturing principles.
