ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Working with relative bureau to get project permit 与各相关政府部门联系，确保项目获得审批 2. Manage the facilities and construction projects to meet the JLG and local standards 管理厂务和基建工程确保项目满足公司和当地标准和法规 3. Provide CAD and manual drafting support for all maintenance, office and production projects, including long range planning 提供关于项目的 CAD 的图纸和操作手册 4. Assist and direct the activities of assigned construction related projects, departmental moves, and capital equipment reallocations/additions 协助和指导与项目相关的基建活动，部门搬迁，设备的移位等等 5. Provide cost estimates and project coordination of assigned plant and maintenance improvements at all facilities 提供成本的预估，工厂和维修改善的项目协调 6. Work with outside contractors and suppliers, purchasing materials and services required for completion of assigned responsibilities 协调外部供应商，物料的采购。 7. Provide technical support for all plant operations, such as drawings and information for maintenance projects and assisting all departments in uniform and functional equipment and facilities selection 为工厂运营提供支持，例如维护项目的图纸和信息，工装及一些设备的选型等等 8. Provide support and direction to the companies Safety/Environmental committee meetings 为工厂的安全和环境提供支持 9. Develop maintenance programs for buildings and grounds such as evaluating re-roofing alternatives, general building maintenance, and recommends corrective action

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Civil Engineering or Facilities/Operations Management 电气，机械，制造，土木工程或厂务运营专业，本科以上学历 • Strong communication with government and bureau 很强的与政府及各相关部门的沟通能力 • Experience on fire system, construction and buildings 在消防系统，土建工程方面具备丰富的经验 • Facility maintenance background 厂务维修背景优先考虑 • Demonstration of several successful facility workshop setup 具备工厂型企业厂务项目成功案例者优先考虑 • Excellent English communication ability in both of oral and written 英文听说读写流利
