Requirements:

Bachelor degree/Major in pharmacy /Analysis/ pharmaceutical administration

工厂运作组织中任主管位置3年以上
Above 3 years Supervisor experiences in manufacturing & operating area.
Job Purpose 岗位目的:
As a change agent, handle the Operational Excellence program and activities on site, catalyze the culture change and embed OE into the site practice.
作为变革代理人,在工厂负责"卓越运作"的规划和行动，促进文化的变革并使OE的理念及方法溶入工厂的日常工作中
Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:
1. Leading by OE champion, manage OE activities on site to support realizing site business strategy and objective
在OE督导的领导下，管理工厂的ＯＥ活动，以支持实现工厂的经营战略和目标
2. Mentor & coach delegates for OE knowledge and practice
为工厂相关人员在ＯＥ的知识和实践方面提供指导／教导
3. Aligning with site strategy and priority, identify projects and JDIs, follow up and provide necessary support / consulting for implementation, ensure deliver pre-agreed benefits in good quality.
以工厂的战略和优先度为前提，确定改进项目和JDI，跟踪实施情况并给予必要的支持和顾问服务，确保高质量地达成预定的目标
4. Follow up, reporting and deliver the financial benefit as site budget, take correction actions if required
跟踪，报告和完成工厂ＯＥ方面的财务指标，如有必要，采取修正措施
5. Ensure site OE activities align with and contribute to RPS OE strategy
确保工厂的ＯＥ活动符合RPS战略
6. Conduct relevant training on site, transmit OE knowledge to all people on site, build involvement of staff
在工厂开展ＯＥ的培训，向全体员工传递ＯＥ知识，促进员工的参与
7. Net-work with GMS other OE experts, support RPS OE initiatives, including conduct training for other sites
与GMS其他的ＯＥ督导和L.S.专员开展合作，支持RPS的ＯＥ活动，包括为其他工厂进行ＯＥ培训
8. Build high-performance relationship with co-workers, model OE culture and keep momentum for OE implementation
与同事建立良好的关系，身体力行ＯＥ文化，保持实施ＯＥ的动能 |
