| Responsibilities |
. Primarily responsible for overall financial planning and analysis support to China Automotive business
2. Responsible for weekly/monthly rolling forecast, annual budgeting and long term business planning following the change of market/business environment
3. Lead and develop China business analysis team to deliver a high quality work and meet both regional and local management team’s expectation
4. Work closely with plant financial reporting team and provide monthly financial deviation analysis to management team
5. Provide financial management support and guidance to commercial and business team in performance target setting as well as monthly performance tracking by business segment and business team
6. Work closely with business team on business improvement initiatives i.e. working capital project and overhead /logistic cost daily management, etc.
7. Provide China management team with on-time and quality financial report and assist day to day business decisions
8. Implement and ensure effective internal control within commercial team
9. Lead and drive PPG compliance program within Auto China organization including agents and distributors management
10. Drive process improvements within the team and pursue business excellence |
| Requirements |
Educational or Required work experience:
1. Solid performance and at least 8 years management experience with global MNCs.
2. Strong financial reporting, planning, analysis and compliance background
3. Passionate in business analysis and driving financial performance improvement
4. Proven communication and interpersonal skills with various functions and levels of the organization
5. Strong Analysis knowledge and learning aptitude
6. Proven track record of leadership ability to manage and develop a team to deliver
7. Command of both written and oral English
8. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field from an accredited university. MBA or equivalent preferred. |
