| Responsibilities |
1, Develop potential suppliers together with other relative department.
2,Contracts management
3, Purchase direct material (release PO, tracking shipping schedule, quality issues ect.)
4, Manange suppliers properly for better delivery and services.
5, Work closely with scheduler and other relative departments to ensure the timely material support.
6, Work with other buyers to achieve department goals, such as inventory turns.
7, As an assistant to support suppervisor on some datas analysis work. |
| Requirements |
1, Education and / or ExperienceBachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, 6-7 years purchasing experience in foreign ventures. Familiar with ERP system.
2, Language skill CET-6 is required. Fluent written and oral English, Ability to read and interpret English documents such as procedure manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) etc. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
3, Computer skill Strong computer skills are desired as communication and most contracts and data analysis will be made via a computer program.
4, Additional informationThis position requires flexibility and the ability to perform under pressure and adverse conditions, the person must really accept instructions and be able to perform the assigned tasks correctly and in a timely manner. Ability to work effectively with others and motivate employees is essential to successfully perform the assigned tasks. |
