| Responsibilities |
Main Accountability:
Prepares accurate and timely financial forecasts
Prepare capital tracking to the management monthly.
Coordinates control of costs working with General managers staff
Develops, maintains and documents system of internal controls
Submits regular and ad hoc Deere reports in a timely and accurate manner
Participates in interdepartmental analysis to control and manage accounts receivable and inventory
Performs ad hoc analysis on cost reduction and expense control
Coaches and develops accounting personnel
Other work as required |

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
Technical

Sound knowledge and understanding of US GAAP and Chinese accounting regulations
Sound Microsoft computing skills including high level Excel skills
Sound analytical and numerical reasoning skills
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Business
(Understand of business concepts, knowledge of the organization, profitability.)
Morn than 5 years experience in an accounting position with a foreign multi national organization
1 – 3 years experience in supervising / managing an accounting operations
Understanding of manufacturing business environment
A sound knowledge of the companies policies and procedures
Human Relations
(People skills in servicing, influencing, developing and leading others.)
Strong team building skills
Strong coaching skills
Ability to drive change within the accounting organization and the factory
Good organizational habits
Sound problems solving
Accuracy and attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Educational
4 year University degree in the area of Accounting, familiar with the SAP
Professional
Experience in a Multi National Company |
