| Responsibilities |
Key responsibilities:
l Setup and maintain testing procedure and all related working instructions for testing;
l Maintain daily operation according to testing plan and continue to improve working quality and efficiency
l Handling the non-conformity during testing phase
l Set up quality analysis system for testing
l Train engineers and technicians，improve their working capability
l Coordinate with engineering dept to do prototype test
l Coordinate with maintenance dept to ensure test plant at proper condition |
| Requirements |
Requirement & Qualification:
l Good capability on data analysis
l Self-encouragement, good communication ability
l Education with bachelor Level, major on electric/automation/motor/generator
Competencies/Knowledge/Skill:
l Technical knowledge on electric or control system (HV test experience preferred)
l Knowledge on quality tools (FMEA, 6 Sigma etc.)
l Be familiar with ERP system (e.g. SAP)
l Motor or generator industry related experience preferred
Work Experiences:
l At least 5 years related working experience and 1 year in supervisor position. |
