Responsibilities MissionTo promote products and systems to relevant customers, grow market share in focused customers and branches.向相关客户推广大型传动应用事业部的产品和系统,以提高大型传动应用事业部在重点客户和行业中的市场份额What are my responsibilities?Achieve yearly sales target完成年销售目标Analyze market & business opportunity分析市场和业务机遇Grasp business opportunities and increase LDA market share in responsible area;抓住业务机遇,提高负责区域内大型传动应用事业部的市场份额Drive and support all external partners (System Integrators, Distributors);激励并支持所有的外部业务伙伴(系统集成商,经销商)Fully understand market trend充分了解市场趋势Think and act actively for future business and make orientation and optimization suggestion to management;对未来业务进行积极思考和行动,并为大型传动应用事业部管理层在导向和优化方面提出建议
Requirements What do I need to qualify for this job?At least 3 years’ sales experience in MV drives and HV motors三年及以上中压变频器和高压电机相关销售经验Knowledge of medium voltage drives or high voltage motors具备中压变频器和高压电机相关知识Bachelor or above本科或以上学历Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen良好的内外沟通技巧和学习能力Good presentation skills良好的演讲技巧Quick learner and with good business sense快速学习能力和良好的业务理念Ability of structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement andfollow-up结构化的分析能力和方法,以分析现状,提出方案并实施跟进Team work spirit团队合作精神
