| Responsibilities |
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
1. Responsible for organizing
and leading design, development, test, verification and mass production,
ensuringaccurate delivery of high quality product to the customer on schedule, on
budget and to quality requirements;
负责依照APQP的流程组织设计、开发、验证、实验及可能涉及到的量产阶段，确保交付给客户的是按时、按量、预算范围内的高品质产品；
2. Responsible for
project cost management (such as tooling, investment, product price, financial
target), meeting quality requirements, project running on schedule, meeting
customer satisfaction, arrangingsmall batch production etc.
负责项目的成本管理（例如模具，资产投资，产品价格，财务指标等），质量，时间节点，客户满意度，安排小批量生产等活动；
3. Responsible for
management of all phases of a project, such as preliminary design, soft mold
prototype, design drawinguntil official mass production;
从项目初步概念设计，软模样件，设计图纸，一直到正式量产各个阶段的管理；
4. Formulate project
development plan, identify project team member, apply for project development
appropriation request, organize project kick-off meeting and regularproject
meetings, communicate customer’s requirements to the company and report the
progress of project development to the customer;
制定项目开发计划、确定项目小组成员、申请项目开发拨款申请书、组织召开项目启动会议以及定期召开项目会议，及时传递客户要求和向客户汇报项目开发进展情况；
5. Regularly
organize project team members toopen project review meetingsto discuss project
development progress and issues that arise. Formulate, compile and update
Project Management Template;
定期对项目开发进度、问题点组织项目小组人员召开项目评审会议，编制、汇总、更新项目管理报告；
6. Formulate,
compile, update and summarize PDP management system documents during all phases
in the process of project development, keeping all files;
项目开发过程中编制、更新、汇总、总结每个阶段的PDP管理系统文件并存档；
7. Responsible for
compilation Launch Readiness Review (LRR) documents in the process of project
development (urging Engineer of other Departments to formulate LRR documents), weekly
updates, upload LRR documents and post them on KANBAN, organize LRR group
membersto open LRR review meetings once a week;
项目开发过程中编制、督促其它部门工程师编制量产准备评审（LRR）文件，每周更新、上传、上看板LRR文件，组织LRR小组人员每周评审LRR文件；
8.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by the
PM&BD Manager.
完成项目与业务发展经理安排的其他工作。

| Requirements |
QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求
1. Bachelor degree,
major in Science and Engineering, 3 years project management working experience
in auto industry;
理工科学士学位，3年汽车行业项目管理经验；
2. Should have good
communication skill, team management and lead experiences
良好沟通技巧和团队管理经验；
3. Good English
skill, especially fluent reading and writing skill; fluent German is preferred
for German carmakers;
英文读写流利；部分德国厂商，德语流利者优先；
4. Should be versed
in AIAG APQP, quality engineering, supplier management, Blueprint Reading, Advanced
Measuring Techniques, Computer Literate, GPMS and so on;
精通 AIAG APQP, 质量工程,供应商管理, Blueprint
Reading, Advanced Measuring Techniques, Computer Literate, GPMS等；
5. Should familiar
with QMS (IATF16949, QS-9000, ISO9000 and etc.), GD&T, QFD, DFM, DFA,
DVP&R, VE/VA, DOE, APQP/PPAP/DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, process flow chart,
control plan, quotation procedure and contract review procedure;
熟悉QMS (IATF16949, QS-9000, ISO9001等), GD&T, QFD, DFM, DFA, DVP&R, VE/VA, DOE, APQP/PPAP/DFMEA/PFMEA,
Floor Plans, 工序流程图, 控制计划, 报价程序和合同评审；
6. Should be
proficient OFFICE software, can preparing excellent PPT ;
熟练运用OFFICE办公软件，能够制作优秀PPT；
7. Should possess
with presentation skills be able to make introduce to customer, and discuss relevant
technical matter’s skill with customer;
具备演讲能力向客户演示公司，与客户商讨有关技术问题的能力；
8. Understand
injection molding, painting and assembly knowledge or process will be priority;
具有注塑，油漆和总装经验者优先。 |
