Responsibilities |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work effectively under the pressure of manufacturing and be able to deliver efficiently under that pressure
· Work closely with all Production managers/supervisors in assessing the adequacy of maintenance support
· Develop appropriate preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and execute the preventive maintenance
· Assist in the planning of scheduled shutdown maintenance, special projects, and facility construction and renovation
· Assist in SOP’s set-up for maximum equipment performance and review downtime records and work orders, thus focusing on problems and recommend corrective action needed
· Provide an off hours contact / assistance for emergency repairs or issues
· Manage and maintain schedule for new electric installs; create and manage all new install electrical work orders; assist with layout and verify all electrical install is to code; assist with parts list and quotes for internal electrical projects
· Provide technical support for all plant operations, such as drawings and information for maintenance projects and assisting functional equipment and facilities selection
· Assist and direct the activities of assigned construction related projects, departmental moves, and capital equipment reallocations/additions
· . Work with outside contractors and suppliers, purchasing materials and services required for completion of assigned responsibilities
· Maintaining an awareness of new equipment, buildings, various systems, new polices, and management changes
· Continuous improvement to reduce maintenance cost |
Requirements |
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor degree in electronic technology
· High voltage knowledge; construction knowledge
· Prior knowledge of industrial wiring of a manufacturing facility
· 5+ years of maintenance work experience
· Have facility maintenance experience in compressor, fire system, heating system, air condition system, etc.
· Have experience of new building set-up
· Painting and welding equipment maintenance experience is preferred |
