| Responsibilities |
Responsibility:
l Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of supervisors who are responsible for various production activities.

l In order to improve the efficiency of subordinate employees, performance and achieve personal career goals, guiding their skills and methods in daily work, providing training to enhance their professional knowledge.

l Provide manpower forecasts and availability against scheduled requirements
根据生产计划提出人员需求。
l Analyze production, maintenance and quality records to identify problems and recommend solutions( e.g. changes to procedures, workflow, or equipment)that will improve delivery, quality, efficiency performance.
分析生产、维修、及质量各项记录，识别问题所在并给出建议解决方案，如改变程序、工作流程、或设备等，以改进交付，质量，效率绩效。
l Liaise with other departments to understand their current and future needs and develop plan to integrate these into existing manufacturing
与其他部门联络，理解其当前及未来需求，并制定计划将其融入到现行生产之中。
l Ensure the development and implementation of system and procedures that accurately measure the performance and provide timely reporting of all operations related activities in area reporting to this position.
确保严格执行系统及各种程序，以准确衡量生产绩效，并实时汇报由此职位所负责的各项生产活动状况。
l Review and revise procedures as required and monitor the use of materials and supplies in order to eliminate unnecessary waste in direct materials, indirect materials, shop supplies, utilities, office supplies and any other areas where waste is apparent.
根据需要检查并修改流程，并且关注原材料和日常消耗品的使用，以避免直接原材料、间接原材料、车间消耗品、能源、办公用品以及其他明显存在浪费之处等方面不必要的浪费。
l Evaluate EHS performance in area reporting to this position regularly

l Know well the company EHS goals and participate EHS activities

| Requirements |
Requirements:
· Four year degree in business or an appropriate technical degree; an advanced degree in business or management is desirable
四年制本科商业专业学历或适当的技术背景学历；商务或管理方面深造学历更好
· Minimum of five years of experience with at least three years of manufacturing and business management
5年以上工作经验，其中至少3年为制造背景和业务管理经历
