Main Responsibilities 主要职责范围Measurements 衡量标准
Keep good relationship with customer, satisfy customer on quality service

Handle internal and external quality issue, drive corrective actions and follow the effectiveness to resolve problem and avoid repeat happen, register complaint into Q-Pulse。
处理内部及外部质量问题，推动改善措施实施并跟踪其有效性，避免问题重复发生。同时将投诉记入Q-pulse系统。Response within specified timeline, i.e. if no special requirement, initial response within 4hr, 8D within 2 days after receive sample, return disposition and issue complete within 2 weeks
如无特殊要求，需在指定时间内完成相应步骤：
4小时内完成初步响应；接到不良样品后2天内完成8D报告；两周内问题处理结束
Identify continue improvement opportunity, participate in improvement activities
识别持续改善机会，参与持续改善活动Identify improvement opportunity once a month, control external DPPM meet the target
每月一次确认改善机会，并控制外部DPPM达到目标
Lead customer audit
引导顾客审核100% pass customer audit without major findings

Review and update control plan in case customer complain for products which step into mass production

Attend daily MRB for non-conformance disposition

Attend design review, highlight quality concern so as to push the team take actions to reduce RPN value before mass production

Qualification
任职资格Basic Requirements
基本要求At least two years’ quality experience in large-scale foreign company, die-cut manufacturing
至少2年大型外企模切加工行业质量工作经验
Education 学历专业Diploma or above, major in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related
大学及以上，电子/机械工程及相关专业
Language 语言Fluent English in reading, writing and oral
良好的英文听说读写能力
Computer 计算机Good office software skills
良好的办公软件应用能力
Work Experiences
工作经验At lease two years’ quality experience in large-scale foreign company, die-cut manufacturing
至少2年大型外企模切加工行业质量工作经验
Business Knowledge
业务了解范围l Full understanding of ISO9000 and ISO14001 system
l Good understanding in quality management and related tool
l 8D methodology and problem solving
