| Responsibilities |
1. Establishing and formalizing process parameters and process procedures.
2. Develop and formalize operating procedures for process and equipment.
3. Improvement of process (streamlining) and equipment.
4. Cost reduction by process efficiency and materials efficiencies.
5. New process development by implement and maintain an operator training program in production. |
| Requirements |
1. over 5 years experience in plant extrusion process engineering preferably in the fields of XPS sheet or Polyethylene sheet extrusion.
2. Experience in cast sheet or blown film extrusion would be available.
3. Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering (chemical process engineering).
4. A certain of mechanical maintenance knowledge much more better.
5. People development skills and communication skills are needed. |
