| Responsibilities |
Job Responsibility: Process ensure:o To ensure that all processes and technical documents are available androbust;o To guarantee the tooling and fixtures are in good conditions and managedproperly;o To lead process and technical related problem solving to achieve OA andFTQ targets;o To lead ergonomic activities in plant;o To support setup global process standards with global organization andlead implementation to plant;o To lead all plant layout related activities;o To catch new relevant technologies in order to be able to tackle with concerningprocess engineering;o To support process related training to other departments. New projectimplementation:o To make planning activities according to GPMS (Global Program ManagementSystem);o To support quotation activities for new projects;o To manage and allocate resources in order to realize assigned newprojects, design changes and production technology projects based on committedbudget and time line. Quality and cost:o Continuous improvement to optimize machines, processes and tools forquality improvement and cost control;o To make reasonable and accurate budget and monitor cost tracking. Team management:o To lead/coach team members to maximize performance;o To build and share knowhow and experiences within the team for anorganisational optimization and readiness for a succession possibility;o To control team performance with KPI/OKRs and take actions when needed;o To develop potential talents to higher level. · Perform any other task as assigned by supervisor. Health and Safety:o Abide by all safety and non-safety plant rules and regulations;o Adhere to established quality and housekeeping standards;o Wear personal protective equipment provided by the employer;o Participate and assist on any investigation where required. |
| Requirements |
Qualifications：Strong knowledge of machining e.g. power cutting, grinding,gearing, turning, laser welding.Strong knowledge of assembly technologies and planning.Strong knowledge of IATF16949 system. PFMEA\ControlPlan\MSA\SPC\APQP.Good leadership and management skillsGood innovation and quality awarenessGood planning and organization skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsGood communication skills, team player.Good command of English, German as a plusBachelor degree8+ years of relevant working experience in automotive industry |
