Responsibilities:

1. The position will be responsible for applying general engineering principles and procedures to control and optimize TransGuard/NTC process
2. Conduct independent investigations, analyze results, make recommendations, and implement authorized changes related to improvements in materials or processes.
3. Be expected to identify process problems and to initiate corrective actions.
4. Assure proper evaluation of all processes and capacity for all products.
5. Work the quality and test lab for Failure analysis for customer return.
6. Work with development team to get the smooth implementation of new product into factory.
7. Work with sourcing team to setup supplier base for engineering prototype and mass production and reduce the cost of product.
8. Support the production line to fix the process/quality problems for existing products.
Work with finance to review and update the standard yield.

| Requirements |
履行该职位应具备的基本知识
1. Be able to communicate in writing with English, speaking is desired.
2. Computer skills are required in word processing, spreadsheet utilization, graphic presentation of data, and statistical data analysis.
3. The individual will be required to write reports, organize and present technical programs to management and peers.
4. Statistical skills are required and the ability to utilize most if not all of the following: 1. Normal, poisson, binomial, and chi-square distributions, 2. Confidence intervals, 3. Significance tests, 4. Anova.
5. Design of experiments skills is also highly desirable.
6. Knowledge of passive component is preferred. |
