Responsibilities |
Responsibilities:
Responsible for both general and management accounting which covers: Account payable, Treasury, and Tax.
1. Supervise and review AP and cash application daily operation and accounting. Review aging report;
2. Responsible for company cash flow management forecast preparation and follow up;
3. Supervise and review preparation of financial statements for statutory and tax reporting; coordinate the preparation of statutory report and US GAAP report.
4. Account reconciliations for related accounts in charge; ERP transactions review, closing, reporting and tax filing;
5. Make sure correct tax declaration done within the due date and tax return should be obtained;
6. Internal report and statutory report reconciled so that both meet the group requirement and PRC;
7. Ensure internal control and accounting policies compliance with Group Policy and Procedures regarding AP, Treasury and Taxation for the company. |
Requirements |
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, majored in accounting /finance or business related;
2. Sound knowledge and experience of accounting, reporting, Treasury and tax; Understand both US and China GAAPs
3. More than 6 years relevant work experience in medium to large size International or Joint Venture companies (ideally familiar with processing contract relative issues); Familiar with related business and accounting processes and policies for import and export business.
4. Supervision experience with subordinates is required
5. Possess a recognized tertiary/ professional qualification in Accountancy or Finance; CPA, ACCA, or CFA is preferred.
6. Possess working experience with ERP system, JDE, SAP or other business system;
7. Hands-on, organized, committed; proactive and positive work attitude with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as required to liaise with local banks, business partners, tax authority, auditors and other government agencies;
9. Proficient in both English and Mandarin. |
