| Responsibilities |
OVERVIEW :
Ø Assists in the generation of Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Processes, using Computer Aided Engineering Tools.
Ø Master on SAP PM module to establish the PM/task list/equipment master, monitoring the PMP generation by the system, tracking the work order status.
Report with suggestion to the facility manager with pending issues, improving the PM practice .
Ø Interacts with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality Engineering, developing Preventive Maintenance solutions for various machines.
Ø Assists in the development of supporting Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) documentation and work instruction aids as part of the overall workflow.
Ø Team Participant to resolve Safety, Quality, Manufacturability, Ergonomic, and Cost concerns.
Ø To be well backup for all task in maintenance team.
MAJOR DUTIES :
Maintenance of Documentation in support of all projects in the factory to insure that all Maintenance issues are addressed.
Assistance in resolution of Machine “down” situations.
Participates in the Setup, and Prove Out of TPM processes.
Provides support in developing TPM Control plans, working with the Product, Production and Quality Engineers in a collaborative Team environment.
Provides support in directing Team activities in support of Deere Production System, with emphasis on TPM, Quality, Lean Manufacturing, Mistake Proofing, and Continuous Improvement activities.
Team participant in developing Continuous Improvement Programs.
Maintains and provides data in support of Budget development and control.
Initiates Maintenance activities in maintaining Machine availability.
Trains others in the Operation, and support of factory Machines & Tools. |

TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :
ü Background in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering Disciplines - Has a basic working knowledge of the principles and uses the knowledge, as part of a Team.
ü Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation - Has a basic working knowledge of the principles, and applies them in their daily activities.
ü Knowledge of standard Maintenance tools such as Infrared, Vibration, Noise signature tools and basic Statistics. - Has an awareness of the principles.
ü Knowledge of Manufacturing Machines, Tooling, Total Preventative Maintenance and Facilities. - Has an basic knowledge of the principles, and applies them in their daily activities.
ü Knowledge of Engineering systems, Tools and Databases. - Has a basic knowledge of the principles, and applies them in their daily activities.
EDUCATION :
Associate Degree in an Technology discipline, or 5 years experience in lieu of degree
Related Functional Experience. – 2-3 years.
Hydraulic diagnostic Experience. – 2-3 years.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
Bi-Lingual – Chinese & English
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCES :
ANY COMBINATION OF, IN ADDITION TO EDUCATION
“Hands ON” Maintenance – 2 years plus – minimum 1 year with CNC Machines General Mechanical work experience. – 3-5 years.
Technical relating to diagnostics of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic 2-3 years.
Experience with Maintenance Engineering tools, systems and databases. 2-3 years.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Ability to work in a Team Environment.
Continuing Education desires.
Strong Work Ethic.
