.Design/modify the production/workshop layout according to motor technology and IE concept
.Assembly capacity planning (manpower,space,equipment tools etc.)
.Administrate the worker's skill by developing and training plan
.Production prodedure control and working instruction create when needed
.Keep continuous improvement on productivity /quality of motor production
.Support related department when necessary |
| Requirements |
Good English skill in speaking and writing
.Good PC skill in MS-office and SAP PP experience
.BS or above in industy engineering or mechanical/electrical engineering
.Experience in production operation management and shopfloor controlling
.Good organize,coordinate and communicate ability
.Team work skill |
