| Responsibilities |
Job Area/Major responsibilities and activities 职责范围/关键职责及活动:1.Be Involved the D-FMEA and P-FMEA progress for El. Equipment and electronics development.2.Feedback the customer voice or requirements and support on PMT/VPD/NPD projects.3.In charge of Chinese tailor electronics development to support product tests and verification etc. with PE.4.To be in the loop of material approval procedure for electrical parts and to ensure the quality process when approve new electrical parts at local.5.Keep monitoring the product quality and working on continuous improvements and perform the annual process audit.6.Handling customer complaints for Electrical equipment and electronics rejects.7.Perform the circuitry analysis and functionality check for returned electronics and Electrical parts.8.To issue the failure analysis report or 8D of customer quality complaint.9.Cross function with Global and local teams to solve critical quality cases.10.Ensure all failure information could be reregistered into the salesforce system.11. Establish good communication and relationship with customers.

Qualification 资质要求:Education Background（Degree/
Major）教育背景（学历/专业）Bachelor’s or master’s degree on electrical or
electronics related major.Occupational Qualifications(Name/Grade)
职业/专业技能要求（名称/等级）Electronics engineerExperience (Industry/Professional
Experience/ Management Experience)工作经验（行业或领域/专业技术经验/管理经验等）1.At least 3-5
years experiences on electronics development and be familiar with
inverter control, boost and flyback circuit etc.2.Be mastered in PCBA
manufacturing process and debug skills.3.Good skills in quality tools
such as 8D, Fish bone, 5W2H, SPC, DOE etc.4.With the experience of
customer complaint handling or supplier quality management is
preferred.5.Be experienced in automotive industry would be
better.General Skill (Language/ Computer) 通用技能（语言/计算机等）-Pass CET-4 for
English. Good communication and coordination skill in fluent Chinese and
English language and willing to travel, good operation for office,
Minitab and other relevant software.-EMS related qualification
requirements EMS相关要求（能力、意识、资质）-Strong capability on problem
solving.-Good ability to compressive capacity.
Competency
能力要求:-Electronics and electrical part theory and analysis ability.-Good
communication and negotiation skills.-Familiar with ISO9001 quality
system requirement and understand IATF16946.
