| Responsibilities |
· Co-ordinate with recruitment, prepare advertisement both internally and externally, attend job fair, collecting / sorting resumes, arrange interview schedule. Organize test, such as IQ test, language test, for interviewees, establish and maintain recruitment status database
· Temp. personnel management, including salary & insurance calculation, etc.
· Maintain personnel database, update on a weekly basis
· Prepare Employee Requisition form and Staff Appointment Approval Form and keep them in the archives
· Help training & staffing supervisor maintain and update job descriptions / organization chart for all positions. Keep them updated together with department managers on a monthly basis
· Work closely with training & staffing supervisor on training effectiveness measurement, review & score test paper
· Arrange new hire health check, and do permanent new hire registration (registration form, personal bank account etc.)
· Prepare documentation for visitor’s invitation letter
· Assist with internal employee for passport / visa application
· Record all expenses H.R. department incurred on a monthly basis
· Prepare report in accordance with Corporate requirement

| Requirements |
· BS or BA degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Above 3 years of related work experience is preferred
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as a team member
· English and mandarin fluency is required
· Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint |
