* Manage daily production and related operations
* Supervise production staff, including supervisors and lead men
* Responsible for monthly production goals
* Responsible for quality of all products produced
* Insure all machinery and equipment is maintained properly
* Insure building and grounds are maintained properly
* Oversee the inventory and purchasing of the related manufacturing supplies
