| Responsibilities |
* Reports directly to General Manager
* Manage daily production and related operations
* Supervise production staff, including supervisors and lead men
* Responsible for monthly production goals
* Responsible for quality of all products produced
* Insure all machinery and equipment is maintained properly
* Insure building and grounds are maintained properly
* Oversee the inventory and purchasing of the related manufacturing supplies

| Requirements |
* Fluent in English communication (written & verbal)
* Must hold mechanical experience, motor background Preferred.
* Strong management, leadership, communication and coordination skills |
