| Responsibilities |
ResponsibilityBased in Shanghai but cross work with different sites, including Germany, USA, Philippines and so on for Back Metal related projects.Work on Shanghai Back Metal Projects and also support Philippines Back Metal Projects.Track and report projects status to meet timeline, cost.Prepare comparison for tools selection if need.Communicate with Facility Department if need to get clear requirement and support for cleanroom, tools hookup.Communicate with purchase department and logistic to track PR/PO and tools deliveryCommunicate with Finance Department if need to get cost support and meet cost requirement for projects.Communicate with Quality Department if need to get projects qualified in time.Also need work with other departments to get support if need.Track Engineer lots for DEMO at suppliers’ site, for qualification or other purpose. |
| Requirements |
RequirementMore than 8 years’ experience in semiconductor industry, more
than 3 years project management.With bachelor degree or aboveWill be a
plus if with BGBM or PVD/CVD, wet etch experience.Good at project
management, with good English communication and presentation skills.With
good logic thought and willing to learn.Need work with Facility,
purchase, QA… department to maintain projects moving smoothly, finish
the project as schedule with budgeted cost. |
