| Responsibilities |

1. New Package Transfer新项目转移
Organize all technique activities for new package transfer from start-up to closeout.

2. Process Improvement 工艺改进
Lead relevant team and organize all activities about continuously improvement for existing programs.领导相关的团队，组织现有项目持续改进中的所有活动
3. Configuration Control构型更改
Participate in Change Board activities for all changes, organize ME/Planner team to review all engineering changes, list all action items for incorporating changes, create or update relevant documentation to execute the new requirement.
参与更改委员会所有活动，组织ME/Planner 团队阅读相关的工艺更改文件，列出所有与合并构型更改相关的任务要求，创建或更改相应文件来执行新的要求。
4. Training 培训
Prepare training materials, arrange and provide trainings to other ME and production operators

5. Overall Technique Support 全面的技术支持
Lead ME team to solve on-site technique problems for assigned programs, organize activities for process and equipment qualifications, and provide required technique information to support other department, investigate technique issues and provide root cause, corrective actions.领导ME团队对于分配的项目解决一些现场技术问题，组织工艺和设备认证的活动，为其他部门提供所要求的技术信息，调查技术问题，找出根本原因和解决方案。
6. RFQ 报价支持
Participate in all activities of BTC Bid Team for new package RFQ, organize ME team to review new package engineering data, and provide BOM, tooling list, labor hours for new package quotation.

7. Risk Assessment风险评估

| Requirements |
职位要求(Job Requirements)：
1. Master Degree of Engineering or Composite Material with at least 3 years of relevant working experience or Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
硕士工程或复合材料专业至少3年相关工作经验或本科至少5相关经验
2. Have experience of organizing a larger group to execute new package introduction or regular improvement.
有组织较大团队完成新项目引进或常规改进的经验
3. Fluent English in both written and oral. Skilled with Catia software.
英文书面口语流利，熟练使用Catia软件
4. Be able to understand engineering drawings/MBD and customer specifications.
理解工程图纸/MBD，以及客户的工艺规范
5. Aircraft manufacturing background is preferred. 具备飞机制造背景者优先
6. Knowledge about Lean manufacturing method is necessary. 具备相关精益生产知识
7. Receive training related to requirements of BTC documentation of 500-SOP-009 and get its qualification certificate. 接受BTC 500-SOP-009文件相关要求的培训并取得资质认证
8. Good communication skill with diverse levels of people.
