Requirements |
To promote and grow Gamesa wind power businesses in China by developing and implementing account and marketing strategies as well as executing sales plans of the business target - Formulate and execute market penetration and growth strategies - Develop and implement account strategies - Use consultative selling skills to match solutions with Customers' product / technical needs and request for order as appropriate.
- Drive and lead sale team to fulfill the sale target yearly
- MS Engineering Degree, Power related major prefered - Min 5 years experience of power equipment sales in China, wind power most preferred - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to liaise with colleagues and customers at all levels and team work - Proven ability to manage and cultivate contacts at all levels in the Customer's organization - Flexible ability to travel extensively - Willingness to learn new technologies and products - Fluent in English and good Mandarin communication skills
