| Responsibilities |
Daily Responsible:
1. Work in Da An or Wulanchabu to supervise quality, progress of the construction works and help control the investment and maintenance expense.
2. Handle the application, registry, these procedures related to new construction project.
3. Co-ordinate between company, Design institute, construction supplier, and inspection company to make sure the works go smoothly.
4. Monitor the regular maintenance after the construction works is completed, such as building, electricity system, fire-proof, HAVC, air compressor, cranes, forklift trucks and etc.
5. Manage special equipment, such as pressure vessel, cranes, forklift truck and etc.
6. Manage landscape, security, cleaning and other service company.
7. Other job assigned by high level. |
| Requirements |
Requirements:
1. University degree major in civil architecture.
2. At least 5-8 years civil architecture work experience.
3. Be familiar with HAVC, special equipment management, such as crane.
4. Be familiar with construction project procedures.
5. Could accept Max.20% travel within . |
