| Responsibilities |
Main responsibilityØ Daily
management of the accounts and be
the main interface and overall responsible person for the
sales target in south China region for MC business.Ø Basic technical and quality support for customer,
such as product selection, etc.Ø Responsibleaccount management as well as global KA supports when necessary (incl.
planning, order follow-up, forecast, EFY/budget, yearly negotiations/contract
renew, etc.)Ø Co-driver for value proposition and selling as well as new
opportunities investigation in relation of customer development, market
trends and new market, etc., and keep good internal sharing routine with the local and global
teamØ Monitor the competitors’ development and analyse
the competition situation, support marketing and R&D for product strategy
establishment.Ø Monitor market trends
and support to set up proper marketing strategy for MC business in CN.Ø Ensure AR timely
and secure finance risk under control. |
| Requirements |
Education Background（Degree/ Major）教育背景（学历/专业）
Ø Bachelor
degree or above in major of Electronics/ mechanics or Refrigeration, supplementary with a business of administration or
similar will be preferred
Occupational Qualifications(Name/Grade) 职业/专业技能要求（名称/等级）
Ø Technical
knowledge in electronics and mechanics is
necessary and knowledge in refrigeration
and compressors is preferred
Experience (Industry/Professional
Experience/ Management Experience)
工作经验（行业或领域/专业技术经验/管理经验等）
Ø Minimum 3 years working
experiences in
sales or technical areas with direct responsibility of key account management and development
Ø Experience
of automotive industry is preferred.
General Skill (Language/
Computer) 通用技能（语言/计算机等）
Ø Good at communication both
in Chinese and English (written and
verbal)
Ø Good business understanding is preferred
EMS related

Professional technical

Ø Sales or technical background is necessary, and knowledge in electronics and refrigeration is preferred.
