Responsibilities |
1. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that norms, checklists and sampling plans are complete and unambiguous
• Giving formal approval for release at customer’s incoming, stage, final and pre-dispatch operations
• Establishing processes for 3rd party certification and inspection services
• Ensure the auditing and implementation of the quality and process related systems at customer’s operations
• Ensure continual suitability and fitness for usage for test methods, instruments and equipments at customer’s operations
• Ensure qualifications and competence of customer’s inspection personnel are held current and relevant as well as own team
• Timely inspection and notification approval must be ensured.
2. Key relations:
- Internal:
l Doing Inspection for production
- External:
l Contact closely with Store, PPC, other related dept, Local suppliers, Suzlon Corporate QA at Pune |
Requirements |
1. Requirement & Qualifications:
l B.E.
l Knowledge of ISO9001, SPC, Process Design, IPC 610, 600 standard, Internal System Audit
l Fluency in of English
4. Other :
-System & product audit
- Experience & exposure in SAP
- Machine building industries
- Non destructive testing
- Handling of various measuring instruments & Calibration
- Non-conformity analysis and problem solving |
