| Responsibilities |
Support the product development and maintain the existing products in the field of electrical components, especially for the compressor starting device and the overload protector. Design and develop the electrical and electronic components. Communicate with Europe for the product certificate.
Key Tasks:
1. Understand the product and the electrical components principle and the behavior.
2. Be responsible for the relative electrical experiments for the electrical component selection, overload protector, PTC, terminal boards, running capacitor, electronic PTC, etc.
3. Analyze the test report and determinate the compressor protector.
4. Cooperate with the motor design engineer for the new motor design.
5. Design new electrical components in the compressor. Be responsible for the relative material specifications. Be responsible for all internal and external tests for qualification and interface institutes for certification: VDE, CCC, UL, CSA, etc.
6. Apply for the certificate qualification.

| Requirements |
Qualifications:
1. Major in Electrical Engineering/Automation, Master preferred.
2. At least 3 years experience in design, testing and qualification of electrical components for house hold or air conditioning appliance machines. Experience from compressors electrical components. Design and testing is preferred.
3. Basic skill in mechanical field.
4. Capable in drawing, CATIA is preferred.
5. Communication skill in English both in speaking and in writing.
6. Independent and creative
