| Responsibilities |
Position Responsibility Summary: Key highlights of the mandates and why this position exists
1. Ensure safe and clean production environment.
2. Approve production schedule and people management.
3. Approve raw materials and spare parts purchasing and stock.
4. Ensure proper equipment maintenance plan is implemented.
5. Control production and maintenance cost.
6. Control quality and handle product claims.

| Requirements |
Academic Qualifications:
1. University graduate in Engineering, Mechanic or manufacturing major
2. Mandarin is a must， good command of English in writing, reading and speaking
3. German language is preferred
Related working experiences (years):
1. At least 5 years management experience in production field in JV or WFOE, such as in position of Production Manager or Plant Manager
2. Experience in a cement, fiberboard, insulation or chemical industry is desirable

3. Be able to coach and develop subordinates
