| Responsibilities |
Formulation and determination of basic data on production costs structure Monitoring of production costs and initiation of corrective action if necessary Cooperation and leadership of project orientated teams within Hexcel Cooperation at production tests as well as coordination of transferring of test products into standard products Responsibility for the process in terms of the integrated management system Verification of production possibilities and agreement on operations of products, inspection and release of costumer’s specification. Perception and consideration of safety regulations as well as environmental laws in cooperation with the health and safety inspector and the management of the plant. Coaching of the labour and coordination tasks within the production division, preparation, check-up and release of diverse instructions. |
| Requirements |
Bachelor's degree or above,engineering majored. More than 5 years production management experience in a Multi-national company. Good communication,coordination and inter person skill. Fluent English |
