| Responsibilities |
Job Descriptions
> Report regularly to the Senior Operation Manager on achievements against targets;
> Maintain compliance with company quality policies, standards, and manufacturing practices;
> Establish Engineering procedures to provide the guideline to the Engineers/Technician;
> Provide the technical support to Production department or QA department if needed;
> Continually develop the Engineering capability of Wuqing manufacturing;
> Manage Engineering/Technical information availability of the Wuqing facility, so to achieve efficient operations;
> Address the engineering and technical issues that directly or indirectly affect quality;
> Staff and manage the manufacture engineering department;
> Perform other management activities as required; |
| Requirements |
Requirements
> Bachelor or above degree in mechanical, automation or related engineering major;
> More than 8 years of working experience and 3 years experience in management position in multinational company;
> Practical experience in assembly/ machining operations;
> Knowledge of stamping, casting, molding, Foundry or welding is priority;
> Competent in both quality management and engineering and committed to quality philosophy;
> Fluent in oral and written English;
> Good PC skills; |
