| Responsibilities |
Summary
Responsible for materials sourcing locally and globally in given sourcing category
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Source and evaluate potential suppliers in China for Glaston global and local business.
· Determine appropriate procurement methods, to negotiate and implement supplier agreements consistent with technology, quality, cycle time and cost requirements.
· Take care of testing of the materials and 1st deliveries of an applicant supplier, and the ongoing deliveries quality keeping testing.
· Develop procedures in local sourcing in accordance with Glaston global sourcing requirement
· Develop and manage the supplier's performance and maintain the evaluation system. |
| Requirements |
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor degree with Engineering background，Mechanical or Electric automatization
· Able to read mechanical & electrical drawings.
· Minimum 10 years work experience, where at least 5 years in sourcing
· Good negotiation and communication skills
· Fluent spoken and written English |
