| Responsibilities |
Summary of key duties and responsibilities: Marketing Analysis Related 1. Analyze the data of Macro Economy and Automotive Industry from Third Party Automotive Industry Consultant. 2. Collect information of Competitors and analyze competitor intelligence. 3. Build scenarios to analyze market trend. 4. Build business strategy recommendations to business management based on effective market segmentation. Support account strategy formulation.ga Business Process Establishment and Improvement 1. Monthly sales accrual and sales tracking report, PC and one timer issue analysis. 2. Work actively to drive standard business process establishment and use of data management, experimental design, and situational analysis techniques. 3. Provide insights on the most effective deployment of the resources to achieve the most favorable results to the businesses. 4. Provide business process training and tracking implementation effectiveness. Strategic Planning 1. FOCUS Data input by plant and by layer for the annual business strategy review. 2. BSR process optimization. 3. Competitor information updating in FOCUS. 4. Market Share analysis. Management Reporting 1. Take responsibility to provide all kind of business reports (weekly/monthly/dashboard etc.) to Top Management on a timely base. 2. Action Plan, project follow up and report if any. |
| Requirements |
Educational or Required work experience: Bachelor degree or above in business management or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years related working in planning or business management. Fluency in written and oral English & Chinese (Mandarin). Proficient in the software programs, not limited to Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio/Adobe Acrobat/database system. Self-motivated and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Effectively managing time-sensitive projects to meet deadlines. Strong analysis and interpretation/presentation skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. |
