| Responsibilities |
Job Responsibility:-Be responsible for machining production area safety according to the company or national safety policy andeliminate the potential hazards on time.根据国家和公司相关安全政策负责机加工生产线安全作业并及时消除潜在安全隐患- Be responsible for autonomous maintenance, include the daily checklist preparation and training, autonomousworkshop implementation, and OEE continuous improvement.负责 AM，包括日常点检表制作和培训，实施和 OEE 持续改进-Be responsible for troubleshooting of defects/breakdown. Provide technical support for maintenance technician inroot cause analysis and spare parts preparation.负责解决停机问题，向技术员提供根本原因分析和备件准备相关技术支持-Setup the PM and task list and organize the implementation of Planned Maintenance. Keep the equipment in agood condition and meet the design intent.建立 PM 计划及任务清单并组织实施预防性计划维护。确保设备良好运行并达成设计要求-Support spare parts warehouse to manage the spare parts inventory and control the expense to meet thebudget.支持备件库管理备件库存并协助控制备件费用满足预算要求-Provide proposal and charge of implementation in continuous improvement to achieve innovation target.为创新型目标提供实施持续改进所需要的方案和管理-Support or lead to set up a good documentation management system for maintenance department;支持或领导建立良好的设备维护部门文件管理系统-Follow up the requirement of IATF16949 to make sure maintenance document are ready, include repair records,work orders, work instructions, equipment manuals and software, investment related document etc.按照 IATF16949 的要求完成设备维护所需文件，包括：维修记录，工单，工作指导，设备手册和软件，资产投资相关文件-Support or lead SAP PM Module implementation.支持或领导实施 SAP PM 模块-Train technicians for good performance.培训技术员达成良好绩效 |
| Requirements |
Qualifications：-More than 5 years maintenance experience in familiar industrial company, have related certification.相关工厂 5 年以上设备维护经验，有相关证明-Experience in machining maintenance.有机加工设备维护经验者-Junior College or above in mechanical or electrical engineering etc.大专以上学历，机械或电气工程专业-Independent, self-driving, open mind, quick response and team working, can work under pressure.能独立完成工作，自我驱动，开放的思想，快速反应及良好的团队合作精神，能在压力下完成工作-Customer driven and quick learner.客户导向，学习能力强-Have knowledge of PLC and automation control concept.有一定的 PLC 和自动控制知识-Good English level is preferred.英语良好者优先考虑-Familiar with Microsoft office and IATF16949 system experience.熟悉 Mic-Office 办公软件，有 IATF16949 体系经验-Experience in TPM, LEAN is preferred.有 TPM 及精益制造经验者优先考虑 |
