| Responsibilities |
To be responsible to oversee, plan and manage the overall activities and personnel of Technical & Quality Department
To develop new technology such as updating and upgrading on its software, machinery, tooling and its equipment and etc
To provide technical support to whole Operations, especially for Production, to meet efficiency and cost effectiveness
To work together with NPI team to prepare quotation (Only focus on existing customers)
To be responsible for the customer drawings understanding, absorbing ,transfer, and management
To guarantee all of the drawings and relevant technical documents in validity and latest version
To provide machining process and program, jig and fixture design, tooling selection to Production
To work together with NPI team to accomplish FA of all the new products
To work together with Production to enhance shift ration and drive technology improvement so as to improve productivity
To support to develop, evaluate and audit suppliers and subcontractors in technical scope
To complete and submit the related reports (monthly report or budget) on time
To assist other Departments to achieve higher level of technical knowledge and machining skill by training |
| Requirements |
Experience At least 3~5 years or above working experience in Technical and Quality
Education University Bachelor Degree or Master, MBA preferential
Skills/Abilities (or any Same values with company culture, positive philosophy, good learning ability
special requirement) Strong leadership and motivation skills
Good communication, coordination and organization ability with internal or external people
Good ability to manage multi-faceted projects, excellent analytical skills
Be very familiar with CNC machines operation, tooling usage, jig & fixture design
Be familiar with quality control, ISO9000 system, supplier or subcontractor management
Good English in reading, writing, listening, and speaking |
