| Responsibilities |
1. To develop and execute production planning procedure so as to guarantee the production is arranged in most effective way.
2、Understand the operation strategy, objectives, plan, and to implement it in Logistic Dept.
3. To execute ISO9000, ISO14001 system and 5S in logistic dept, and to set up and carry out the corrective actions and to be responsible for the verification the result of the actions.
4. To lead logistic dept to support the development of company and be in line with the company culture.
5. Develops policies and procedures to ensure timely logistics flow of material and finished goods in a cost effective and efficient way. To standardize material management process and section, to make it accurate, timely, effective and traceable, in coordination with all other departments. To reduce the unreasonable material cost-consuming.
6. To manage and control the data in the informatics system, related to the logistic and production flow, guaranteeing the correctness and the availability according to the company needs.
7. To establish departmental job goals, coach performance, provide training and evaluating performance for team members being leaded .
8. To cooperate to set up departmental cost budget and target according to company policy and actively operate for their realization.

| Requirements |
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or Economics
- At least 5 years of experience in the position of Logistics 1in manufacturing company
- Experiences in transportation, warehousing, production planning and stock management
- Keen on change
- Be capable to lead a team, very good communication skill
- Fluent English both spoken and written
- Good Computer skills in ERP Word and Excel |
